On December 1st, 2024, we began an experiment: What would happen if, instead of producing periodic programming, we allowed Abyss Radio's painstakingly curated, nearly one-and-a-half terabyte digital music library to do its thing while we tweaked the playlist at times and jumped on the mic as needed and at whim. After this ran spectacularly for over a day and a half, we knew our dream radio station was taking form--alive and nearly breathing, with the ultimate Shuffle Play simultaneously birthing "DJ On the Loose." There was no looking back. Now available 24/7--for all time zones and schedules worldwide!--our programming will also include dedicated DJ sets from station founders Miss Abyss and Chris as well as special shows, tributes and guest sets. Here the station's vinyl library will have the opportunity to shine. Requests welcome!

Abyss Radio is solely a labor of love, in service of musical exploration and appreciation. As such, we'll never fundraise or otherwise ask our listeners for money.
